The competition rules for three passes of Beidaihe Golden Island loft in 2011

Your accession is the beginning of our obligation.

I.The competition requirements

1.The competition is open to both domestic and international racing pigeon lovers who acknowledge the regulations.

2.The racing pigeons  must be healthy young pigeons in 25---50days,must wear their country or region’s formal toe ring in 2011.We don’t accept the infectious diseases pigeons in their regions.

3.The racing pigeons take a vaccine unitedly.If they have taken the vaccine,please tell us when handover your pigeon.We will put on record.

4.The contract is for both parties and valid immediatelyafter pigeon fanciers give your pigeons to us.Both of us must observe the terms in the contract.

II.Competition Events, Date, Distance

1.The competition includes three passes event,team event,and as pigeon event.

2.The first pass:150 kilometers; The place for releasing:Tianjin Hangu;

Date:November 5th ,2011

3.The second pass:300 kilometers; The place for releasing:Langfang Wenan;

Date:November 15th ,2011

4.The third pass:500 kilometers; The place for releasing:Shijiazhuang

Date:November 25th ,2011

5.Team event:Each team has 6 pigeons. The same pigeon fancier  gives us 6 pigeons which has qualification for team event.If the same pigeon fancier gives us more than 6,we will count the scores by groups. Each team must have 6 pigeons，so we can arrange a group.We arrange the groups by the owner’s name adding A,B,C…and so on.The owner confirms the group according to the ring number after Qinhuangdao City Racing Pigeon Association checking the loft within 10 days. Once it is decided,it can’t be

reversed.If the owner didn’t divide the groups within time limit,we will sort groups automatically by the loft computer.The team event ranking depends on the final’s winner that is in top 400.The more in top 400 is the winner.If it has the same number of the winner pigeons,we will determine the ranking according to the first pigeons’ranking

6.The judgement standard about the as pigeon in three passes is adding the three rankings.If the ranking is the same,we will decide the winner according to the pigeons whose achievement is outstanding in 500-kilometer flying.

Notes: If Above events encounter unsuitable releasing weather or other circumstances,we will postpone the date. Pigeon fanciers may inquire the relevant information via Internet or phone call.

III、Regulation on Competition of Racing Pigeons

1. The competition shall strictly observe the Regulation on Competition of Racing Pigeons and Judgment Method and the Rule on Loft of Racing Pigeons issued by China Racing Pigeon Association. 

2. The referees of various races shall be unifiedly dispatched by Racing Pigeon Association of Hebei Province. They will be responsible for inspection of race venue and supporting facilities as well as collection, transportation, liberation, supervision and performance accreditation etc. During the training race and competition, all the pigeon owners may sign up voluntarily for supervision.

3. The competition will adopt Ubest electronic scanning and timing system for ranking according to different racing speed. In case of any fault or other force majeure factors, the judgment shall be made by the referee team of the competition in accordance with the provisions on competition stipulated by China Racing Pigeon Association. Pigeon fanciers may inquire the relevant information via Internet or phone call.

4. The registration period for the final shall be from the homing of the first racing pigeon to 18 p.m. of the next day. In case that the winning rank is not full, the award money for the remaining ranks may be equally shared by the pigeons in the cages, which have participated in the race (excluding winning pigeons).

5. During the period from collection to racing, in case of any force majeure events which cause the competition not to go on, all the paid entry fees will be refunded to the pigeon owners by the sponsor.

We  will  select the first three  respectively to a prize cup in the first pass. We  will  select the first ten respectively to a prize cup in the second pass. We  will  select the first ten respectively to a prize cup in the third pass. We  will  select the first ten respectively to a prize cup in the team event. Award the first one to ten respectively to a prize cup in the As pigeon for three passes.

Please show us the valid entry card which we issue to you, when the winner collect your prize.

V、Attribution rule for winning pigeons and late-homing pigeons

1. The loft will hold an awarding meeting and auction on Saturday of the first week at the end of the final so as to auction the first 400 winning pigeons . Among the revenues from the auction, 60% will be attributed to the respective pigeon owners and 40% used for paying for relevant expenditures arisen from such auction. The owners of winning pigeons who participate in the auction shall prepare pedigree certificate in advance. The detailed rules for auction reserve will be announced otherwise after the closing of competition and before the auction.

2. The losing homing pigeons will be recovered by the relevant pigeon owners upon the entry card. If no owner recovers the pigeons within 20 days after the closing of the competition, it will be deemed as waiver. The pigeons will be disposed by the loft at its discretion.

3. The relevant taxes arisen from award money of winning pigeons and auction revenue shall be paid by the owners of winning pigeons.

4. The rule for qualification of pigeons will be released otherwise before the competition.

VI. Way for participating in the competition

1. After the loft completes the training race of 100 kilometers, we will invite the referees and pigeon fanciers of Racing Pigeon Association of Qinghuangdao City to perform an open observation, scan all the participating pigeons one by one so as to identify the actual number of participating pigeons available. The owners of participating pigeons must pay off all the entry fees for the pigeons under its name according to the actual number of pigeons available, 7500 yuan RMB for each (including 300 yuan RMB for feeding fee). Only the owners who have made the payment can they be qualified to participate in the competition.

2. If any owner of participating pigeons fails to go through payment formalities within the prescribed time limit, it will be deemed as waiver of ownership for the participating pigeons, the sponsor is entitled to dispose at its discretion.

3. After conclusion of 100km training race, in order to ensure the racing pigeons with a sound competitive state, the racing pigeons will carry out regular flight training. During this period, in case of any loss of pigeon which causes its failure to participate in the collecting in the cages, the sponsor will refund the relevant entry fee of the pigeon. After the competition of 150km, the racing pigeons will still perform  regular flight training. In case of any loss of pigeon which causes its failure to participate in the collecting in the cages of 300 or 500km during this period, the sponsor will not refund the relevant entry fee of the pigeon and deem it as natural elimination.

4. During the training and breeding period, any loss or fatality of racing pigeon will be deemed as natural elimination and is not subject to any compensation.

5. No matter how many pigeons are collected, the competition will be held as scheduled and the award money will remain to be given. As of the date of collection, the information on collection of pigeons will be published on the web.

6. Pigeon handover period: March 1, 2011~June 30, 2011

7. Pigeon collection site: No. 108 Haining Road, Beidaihe, Qinhuangdao City, Beidaihe Golden Island Racing Pigeon Loft

8. Pigeon fanciers may reserve pigeon collecting time and area by phone so that the loft can arrange the relevant matters on pigeon collection.
