    《CRPA-欧洲记者站》，是中国信鸽协会(简称CRPA)设在欧洲的信息交流中心，是欧洲和中国，双向信息发布的平台，其宗旨：积极推动中国信鸽爱好者的发展，与欧洲共同爱好者接轨，让中国的鸽友了解欧洲的赛鸽水平；同时也让欧洲的鸽友了解中国，因此而建立,并作以下声明： 
一、信息合法性 
    中国信鸽协会，是全国信鸽爱好者的最高管理机构，《CRPA欧洲记者站》，是中国信鸽协会设在欧洲的信息交流中心，拥有信息发布的权威性，和信息真实性的最终确认权；对于未经《CRPA欧洲记者站》审核授权的，中国境内注册的网点，公棚，杂志社，及其组织或个人，来欧洲后(或在国内通过网络传播)，发表国外（断章取义）赛事报道、剪辑图录、访问录等，均属于以个人目的，而包装的一种陈述，不存在其合法性，和真实效力。 
二、信息使用 
    《 CRPA-欧洲记者站》刊载的所有信息，其中的文字和图录，归属中国信鸽协会及其欧洲记者站所有，依法受《中华人民共和国著作权法》及其相关的法律法规，和国际新闻公约的保护，他人复制必须注明转载于《CRPA欧洲记者站》。

    “CRPA-Europe reporter station” is an information exchange center which established by Chinese Racing Pigeon Ass ociation (CRPA) in Europe, it is a two-way information issue platform. The aim is: positively promoting the development of Chinese homing pigeon lovers, co mmunicating with the Europe lovers and letting pigeon friends in China understand the racing pigeon level in Europe; at the same time, letting the pigeon friends understand China. So we establish this reporter station and state as follows: Chinese Racing Pigeon Association is the most authoritative management institution acknowledged by racing pigeon lovers.

    “CRPA-Europe reporter station” is an information exchange center which established by Chinese Racing Pigeon Association (CRPA) in Europe, and it owns the authority to publish information ,and it also has the final confirmation right of the and authenticity; For the networks registered in China, lofts, magazines and its institutions or individuals that not checked and authorized by CRPA-Europe reporter station”and the individual behaviors like publish foreign sport reports, montage picture catalogues, famous people interview and etc, there are no legality and validity.

    CRPA and its Europe reporter station owns the characters and picture catalogues of all the information published by “CRPA-Europe reporter station”, and the information was under the protection of “Copyright Law of The People
