一、前 言：

I. Preface

　　长春地处东北亚中心位置，被誉为"北国春城"。中国最大汽车工业城市，东北地区建成区面积第二大城市，中国建成区面积及人口规模第九大城市，长春是近海沿边开放城市，享受国家沿海开放城市有关优惠政策。开放后的长春是中国东北亚投资贸易博览会（简称"东博会"）永久举办城市，而在体育发展上2007年1月28日-2月4日，第六届亚洲冬季运动会在长春举办。这是亚洲冬季运动史上规模最大、参会国家和地区最广、参赛运动员最多、观众人数最多的一届冰雪体育盛会。由中国会展经济研究协会主办的中国信鸽产业博览会长春展于12月21-22日在长春农博园隆重举办，此次活动是为满足广大群众多元化健身需求，加快东北三省信鸽运动快速、健康的发展，为业界企业及广大信鸽爱好者提供一个良好的展示、交流、交易平台。

　　届时，组委会将加大宣传力度，通过召开座谈会、报刊、电视、互联网广告等多种方式和渠道宣传本届博览会，邀请国内外有关单位、经销商、代理商及广大信鸽爱好者来石家庄参展、参观、交流、交易。

    During the Expo（At the appointed time）, the organizing committee will promote（The organizing committee will increase propagandist strength） this expo through a variety of ways and channels, such as forum, newspaper, TV, internet media ads, etc. The Expo will also invite relevant companies, distributors, agents at home and abroad and numbers of pigeon enthusiasts to Shijiazhuang for exhibition, visiting, exchanging and trading.

五、参展范围

    1、各地名鸽：信鸽鸽舍、信鸽协会、信鸽俱乐部、赛鸽运动爱好者、种鸽繁育者、赛鸽公棚及观赏鸽等。

    2、各种养鸽赛鸽器具、用具、用品、鸽笼、鸽舍及其它相关赛鸽装备等。

    3、各种鸽食、饲料、鸽用药品、保健品、补助品、添加剂等。

六、宣传推广

   1、展会目标观众：国内外及港、澳、台地区信鸽协会、广大信鸽运动爱好者及相关企业；

   2、组委会通过"展览会信息中心"建立的目标观众资料库，将展会请柬、门票、参观指南邮寄或上门递送，组织观众参观交流；通过国内外协会、支持、合作机构组团参展参观；参加国内外相关大型专业展会宣传推广等；

   3、建立专业观众数据库，通过邮寄、广告、网络等方式的邀请专业观众前来参观本届博览会；

   4、组委会将在长春市及东北三省内各地市及信鸽市场张贴海报宣传本届展览。

   5、联络行业媒体（专业媒体和知名大众媒体），建立长期合作伙伴关系,连续刊发博览会的广告消息；

   6、组织名鸽拍卖会、养殖技术交流会，邀请资深的专家、学者、等专业人士与会，就学术热点问题及产业发展问题发表主题演讲与研讨，与展览、展销呼应，形成最直接、最有效的贸易、技术和信息的全面交流，把展会办成中国信鸽运动领域的品牌会。

Ⅵ Publicity and promotion:

   1. Target audience: Domestic&foreign, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan Pigeon Association, Racing birds Fanciers and relative enterprise.

   2.By using audience database built by Exhibition information center, committee send the exhibition invitation, tickets and visit guide by mail or to door to invite audience visiting and exchange experiences. Organize domestic&foreign association visit exhibition; join promotion on domestic&foreign relative exhibitions.

   3. Build professional audience database and invite professional audience join and visit this exhibition by mail, ads, network etc.

   4. The organizing committee will be in Changchun City and three provinces in the northeast of China in every city and pigeon market propagandaing posters exhibition.

   5. Focus on dozens of media (professional media and well-known mass media), to establish long-term partnerships and continuous advertising messages of this Fair.

   6. Organizing multi-level, content-rich trade like famous pigeon auction, breeding technology exchange, Special topic report meeting, Promotion for new products and new technology and so on. Invite senior experts, scholars, well-known enterprises and other professionals to attend the fair and give a keynote speech which is matched with exhibition so as to bring comprehensive exchange including the most direct and effective trade, technology and information. So that we could make this fair to be one of the famous fairs of Chinese Racing Pigeon Sport field.

七、展位及广告收费

    1、特装展位（36㎡起租），￥400元/㎡；室外空地（30㎡起租），￥300元/㎡。

    2、国际标准展位3M×3M，国内展商￥5000元/个；国外展商￥6000元/个；（包括：场地费、三面展板、门楣、电源插座、一桌两椅、清洁费、保安费、代表证等），角展位加收￥500元。  

    3、会刊：会刊为大16K本，彩色精印，图文并茂，印量5万份,主要派送给各政府主管部门、行业协会、各专业养鸽者、信鸽公棚、参观商、信鸽爱好者：

   4、其它广告项目：

   5、专业研讨/技术交流会/新产品发布会：每场收费5000元/1小时，组织单位提供场地、灯具、音响、投影机、桌椅等配套设施及用品，并协助主讲企业组织听众。

Ⅶ Booth and advertisement fees:

　　1. Special Booth(from 36㎡), CNY400/㎡; Outdoor space(from 30㎡), CNY300/㎡

    2. International Standard Booth3M×3M: Domestic exhibitors  CNY5000/Booth;

Overseas exhibitors  CNY6000/Booth; ( Including: Space fees, three face panels, lintels light tube, a power socket, a table and two chairs, cleaning fees, security fees, the representative certificate etc),specified booth, corner booth will be have 10% extra fees.

　　3. Journal: The EXPO journal is 16K color printing paper which illustrated with image and text, and is printed 50 thousand copies. The journals will send to departments of the government, industry associations, research institutions, professional distributors, visitors, pigeon enthusiasts.

　　5. Professional seminar / Technology Enchange/ New product Conference: CNY5,000 per hour each seminar, and organizer provide the space, lighting, sound, projectors, tables, chairs and other facilities and supplies, and assist enterprise to organize audience to take part in the seminar.

八、展会服务：

   1、 鸽笼租赁（限鸽子展售区展位）：每个展售鸽子的展位提供鸽笼5个（每个鸽笼交押金20元，展完后交回鸽笼时退回押金；如需多配备，可向承办单位租赁，但必须在开展前15天申请，收费为每个鸽笼5元/天）

   2、午餐及饮水服务：仅提供室内展台展位和室外展位每家展商每天免费提供矿泉水2瓶，午餐盒饭2份(2个展位以上的每增加一个展位另加矿泉水1瓶，午餐盒饭1份)。

   3、参展商如需特殊展台、造型、灯箱等，请提前同展馆协商。

   4、参展商食宿自理，参展商如有食宿预定需求，主办单位可以协助联系。

Ⅷ the exhibitor services

    1、 the pigeon holes lease (limit pigeon exhibition and sales area booth): each display and sell pigeons booth provides pigeon holes 5 (each pigeon deposit is 20 yuan deposit refunded exhibition after the return of the pigeon holes; For more than equipped Undertaker lease, but must apply 15 days prior to the commencement fee of five yuan per pigeon holes / day)。

    2、lunch and drinking water services: only indoor booth booth and outdoor booth exhibitors Free 2 bottles of mineral water daily (each increase of more than two booth a booth plus 1 bottle of mineral water and a lunch box packed lunch 1 copy).

    3、Exhibitors requiring special booth, shape, light boxes, please consult with the pavilion.

    4、Exhibitors board themselves, exhibitors are subject to accommodation booking demand, the organizers can assist contact.

九、参展程序：   

IX. Exhibiting Procedures:

　　1、申请单位自将本申请书发至组委会之日起，应在五日内将50%展位定金汇至组委会指定帐户，组委会按到款先后顺序安排展位。如未在规定时间内汇款，组委会不再保留预定展位，另剩余款项于2013年12月1日前汇至承办单位。

　　1. The applicant shall remit 50% deposit to the account appointed by the Committee within 5 days from the date of the application. Booth allocation will defer to the priority of payment. Failing to pay within specified time, the Committee will not reserve booth. In addition, the residual payment shall be paid before December 1st, 2013. 

　　2、如申请单位在2013年12月1日后未将全额打入组委会，则视为申请单位违约，不返还50%展位定金并取消预定展位，如展会逾期不开，则由组委会返还定金。

　　2. Failure to pay in full after December 1st, 2013, the applicant will be deemed as a breach of this contract, the 50% booth deposit will not be returned and the booth will be canceled. In case the exhibition is cancelled, the deposit will be returned by the Committee.

　　3、禁止在现场展示假冒、伪劣产品及与信鸽产业无关产品，组委会有权收回展位及相关进馆证件，并交现场工商部门处理，组委会不退回展位费用。

　　3. No exhibition of counterfeit and shoddy products, or products irrelevant to pigeon industry. The Committee has the right to take back the booth and relevant entrance certificates, and deliver them to the ministry of commerce and industry on site, and the Committee will no return the booth fee.

　　4、组委会收到参展费后于大会布展前20天发出会务通知，对参展商住宿、交通、产品运输、抵会时间、布撤展等事项详细安排。

　　4. The Committee will announce the meeting notice 20 days before the exhibition on receiving the fees, making detailed arrangement in respect of the accommodation, transports, products transportation, arriving date, as well as the move-in and move-out date for the exhibitors.
